Dear Patients and Friends,

We are very sorry to inform you that Dr. Boyens has passed away.

The office is temporarily closed.  It has not yet been determined whether or not someone will take over the practice.   For now, there are 2 doctors covering his patients: 

• Pediatric patients  covered by Dr. Brijit Reis ph#263-8822
• Adult patients  covered by Dr. Kimberly Lund ph#263-7383
• Behavioral health & controlled substance patients call Real World Recovery and speak to Stephanie Tsai ph #783-8296. 

Sylvia will be available to assist with transferring records and referrals.

Dr. Boyens was committed to providing each of his patients with an exceptional level of care and attention. He was known for being compassionate and understanding and took pride in paying close attention to each of his patient's needs.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.  Please keep his family in your prayers through this difficult time.
